The Probate Court Clerk's Office will close at 3:30 p.m. on Friday, February 3, 2023. While the court is closed, emergency matters may be submitted via email at email@example.com or filed in a drop box located outside of the Probate Court Clerk's Office on the second floor of the courthouse. All documents filed after 3:30 will be stamped received on the date deposited, however, will not be processed until the following business day.
The Probate Court clerk's office is open for in-person assistance, Monday through Friday, from the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Judge David M. Murkowski's hearings in Courtroom 9C are conducted in a hybrid format, and parties may choose to attend hearings in person or via Zoom.
The Probate Register's hearings are conducted via Zoom.
