The Probate Court clerk's office is open for in-person assistance, Monday through Friday, from the
hours of 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Judge David M. Murkowski’s hearings in Courtroom 9C and Judge Avery D. Rose’s hearings in Courtroom 9D are
conducted in a hybrid format, and parties may choose to attend hearings in person or via Zoom.
The Probate Register's hearings are conducted via Zoom.

All documents may be filed at the Probate Court clerk's office, the Court's dropbox on the second
floor, or by mail.
Only the documents listed below will be accepted via email, at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Filing fees must be promptly sent to the Court by mail. Filings are subject to return or rejection
if filing fees are not promptly received. Accepted filings via email include:
- Guardianship or Conservatorship Petitions requesting the appointment of a temporary
guardian or special conservator
- Acceptances of Appointment for emergency guardianship or conservatorship cases
- Petitions to Withdraw
