Residential Well & Septic Application

A $50 processing fee applies to all applications cancelled prior to field work.

On-site Sewage Disposal Permits

Private Water Supply Permit

Required permit for installation of on-site water supply (well) systems. Permit fee: $175.00, must be paid at time of application. Applications available at Kent County Health Department, Division of Environmental Health, 700 Fuller N.E. Call (616) 632-6900 for more information.

Real Estate Evaluation

Inspection and evaluation of private/home well and septic systems, often required before selling a home. Fee: $286.00. Call (616) 632-6900 for more information.
