For the health and safety of the public and our community, the Kent County Probate Court has limited in-person access at all hearings and at the Probate Court Clerk’s office.
The Court is conducting hearings virtually via Zoom, and in-person attendance at hearings is prohibited. All hearings are being livestreamed for public viewing on YouTube. Further information about the Court’s virtual courtroom may be accessed here. Please refer to the instructions provided with your Notice of Hearing, or contact the Court at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain instructions for connecting to Zoom.
There will be no in-person assistance available at the Probate Court clerk’s office during this time. However, general inquiries, requests for hearing dates, and requests for assistance may be directed to email@example.com. Questions or requests for assistance regarding mental health matters may be directed to firstname.lastname@example.org. For further assistance, you may also call the Probate Court clerk’s office at (616) 632-5440.
Documents may be filed by mail, or using the Court’s designated drop boxes, located at the Courthouse behind the front entrance and outside of the Probate Court Clerk’s office on the second floor.
