is designed for peace of mind when away from your home for an extended
period of time (10 Days or more). VIPS will check the house for any signs
of suspicious activity such as open doors, broken windows or other suspicious
changes. Any situation that needs immediate attention will be addressed by
a Kent County Sheriff's Deputy.
This service is offered to members of the community that live within the
police jurisdiction of the Kent County Sheriff's Office.

are unplowed volunteers will only check your home from their vehicle.
If your plans change and you return home ahead of schedule, please
notify the Kent County Sheriff's Office at (616) 632-6221 so the home
security checks can be stopped. Thank you for your cooperation with
