Each summer Kent County seeks energetic, responsible and service-oriented individuals for seasonal employment at the Parks Department. Seasonal employees often serve as the front line representatives and support system of these seasonal facilities. The recruitment cycle for seasonal employment typically begins in mid-February and continues throughout the busy summer season. Kent County values the work of our seasonal staff as they are important to the efficient and quality services offered during our busiest season.
