Low-Income Home Weatherization
The Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP) enables low-income households to reduce their heating costs by making homes more energy efficient. Services include:
- Attic & Wall Insulation
- Health & Safety Checks
- Air Sealing Measures
- Other Energy Efficiency Measures
- Must reside in Kent County
- Can be owner or renter
- Annual household income at or below 200% of poverty guideline
- Cannot have been previously weatherized by this program after September 1994.
