Inspection and licensing program to ensure public swimming pools are maintained in safe and sanitary conditions. Public swimming pools are required by law to be licensed.

Reports and Forms
Public swimming pools and spas are required to submit water samples a minimum of once per quarter. Additional samples may be deemed necessary by the health department. Quarters are as follows:
- January 1 – March 31
- April 1 – June 30
- July 31 – September 30
- October 1 – December 31
Monthly operation reports must be submitted to the health department no later than the 10th of the following month.
