Syphilis

The State of Michigan handles disease investigation for syphilis. To refer a patient for syphilis treatment, please call (616) 632-7171. Kent County will need patient demographics and most recent labs to determine treatment.

Hepatitis C

In 2021, Medicaid removed the need for prior authorization in order for patients to recieve Hepatitis C. treatment. Learn more »

Tuberculosis

Please fill out the referral form for patients with a positive TB test (IGRA or TST) who reside in Kent County and fax to (616) 632-7185. If a patient is having active TB symptoms or is TB treatment is being initiated, call (616) 632-7190.
