The County reserves the right to remove content posted by users including statements, links, videos, images, and documents that are deemed in violation of this policy, any applicable law, and/or based on the criteria listed below:

• Content not related to the particular issue being commented upon;
• Content in support of or opposition to political campaigns or ballot measures;
• Language or content that is considered profane, defamatory, or harassing;
• Content that promotes or perpetuates discrimination;
• Sexual content or links to sexual content;
• Solicitations of commerce;
• Conduct or encouragement of illegal activity;
• Information that may tend to compromise the safety or security of the public or public systems; or
• Content that violates a legal ownership interest of any other party.

Any content removed based on the criteria listed above shall be referred to appropriate legal personnel, and shall include the time, date and identity of the user, if available.
