(Specifically for GAX or PRC documents)On the Fund Accounting tab, check the account number that you are using. If it falls within the listed ranges, use the corresponding event type:

What if my vendor invoice amount is less or greater than my total PO amount?
(For PO’s that are for Services)You will be required to enter both a valid Condition Code (see pick list for available options) and Reason in order to successfully validate the document.

How do I find an invoice in OnBase?
Log in to OnBase. Click the down arrow next to Document Retrieval and select Custom Queries. Scroll through the queries and select “A360 Where is My Invoice.
