Is there conduit running to each slip?
Is the ground easily trench-able? (ie: softscape vs. roots/rocks)
Is there water running to each slip?
What is the expected timeline needed? (ie: need completed before next season?)
What does the power grid look like?
Aesthetics:
- What mounting assets are reasonable?
- Trees?
- Exterior poles w/ APs mounted to them?
- Building fa?e?
- Can we cable up trees if necessary?
- Will conduit be necessary or can outdoor cable be exposed when mounting to exterior assets.

Answer: Moderate to easy

Answer: There is a water loop, does not terminate at each site

What identity service expectation do they have? Do they want to challenge the end user with a text message code to gain access?

Are there any mounting restrictions?
Who is providing the equipment?
- Do you have any preference on equipment for us to provide (Cambium, Cisco/Meraki, Aruba, Aerohive and Ruckus)
Are you looking to purchase the equipment out right with managing service or no managing services.
- Is managing service being handle internal or externally?

- Is the power Local or PoE?

From date of issuance to the award announcement, all communication (questions, comments, speculation, etc.) regarding this solicitation between Kent County and the Respondent or any of their individual members, shall be formal and only with the Kent County Purchasing Division. Formal communication shall include, but not be limited to: (1) general inquiries, (2) pre-submission written questions and answers, (3) site visits, and (4) addendums addressed to contact information provided.

Unless otherwise stated in the solicitation, opportunity to submit questions is provided until forty-eight (48) hours (excluding Saturday and Sunday) before Request for Proposal, Request for Information and Invitation for Bid opening times and twenty-four (24) hours (excluding Saturday and Sunday) before Request for Quote and Reverse Auction opening/start times. It is the Respondent's sole responsibility to monitor all inquiries to properly prepare for this solicitation.
