2014-2018 Parks, Trails and Natural Areas Master Plan

In January 2014, the Kent County Board of Commissioners approved a five-year master plan to guide Kent County Parks through 2018. This plan was developed with extensive public input, including a survey of park constituents, a survey of the broader community, and a five week public comment period. The entire adopted plan is available for you to review online by clicking on the links below. A few sections are long or graphic-intensive and may take some time to download, depending on the speed of your internet connection.

The plan is divided into 6 sections below, for ease of downloading. Please be patient as downloading files may take a while due to the large file size.
