Thank you for your interest in accessKent, the Enterprise portal for Kent County, Michigan, and all the services it has to offer. As the official portal for Kent County, we are dedicated to meeting your growing information needs. accessKent provides services, via the Internet, that allow businesses to retrieve critical data instantly.
Business Account status allows your business to access services on accessKent and be billed on a monthly invoice rather than requiring you to enter a credit card number and expiration date with every transaction. It will save you time!
Please take a moment to review the Account Agreement. After printing the subscription agreement and application, simply fill out and mail them to Kent County Treasurer, PO Box Y, Grand Rapids, MI 49501-4925. You will need to enclose the annual subscription fee of $120 in the form of a company check or money order. Once your subscription is activated, up to ten user names and passwords can be assigned for your staff. This will enable your company to access information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
