accessKent's Online Services Subscription allows your business to access the following services on accessKent and be billed on a monthly invoice for user activity rather than requiring you to enter a credit card number with every transaction.
To get started, review and print the accessKent Subscription Agreement and Application, fill out and mail to:

Please enclose the Annual Maintenance Fee of $120 in the form of a company check or money order.
Once your subscription is activated, up to ten user names and passwords can be assigned for your staff. You will receive an invoice monthly for user activity.
Will I still be charged search fees if I have a subscription?
Yes. The fees are the same with and without the subscription. The only difference is the convenience of not needing to enter a credit card in with every search. There are no cost savings with the subscription.
Why did I get an invoice for a $120 annual maintenance fee?
AccessKent Online Services Subscribers will receive an invoice each January for the $120 Annual Maintenance Fee to renew your subscription. If you would like to cancel your subscription, please contact the Website Help Desk.
How do I view transaction activity for your organization?
Log in here with your monthly account username/password to view transaction activity for your organization.
How do I add or remove users on our existing account?
You can submit a request to add a new user here. Please include the name of your organization and account number, if you know it.
How can I pay my monthly invoice?
Invoices are payable by check only.
