Assessment of Community Needs, Overall Publicity and Long-Range Planning.
During the past year, Coordinating Committee Redesign Workgroup members have diligently pursued Coordinating Committee request to redefine ENTF legitimacy, structure and sustainability design. Working with Task Force Leadership, the group completed the task and is presenting it to Coordinating Committee and community to mark the July 1, 2013 start of the “new” ENTF.
The redesigned Essential Needs Task Force, with formal structural support from Heart of West Michigan United Way and Governance Committee including supporting Coordinating Committee members will insure necessary legitimacy and resources for better essential needs collaboration, working with Task Force members to build and maintain coordinated essential needs response while moving the ENTF to a much stronger footing.
