Consolidated Plan and Annual Action Plan (AAP)

Every five-years, a Consolidated Plan is developed to provide a long-term strategy for federally funded housing and community development needs and programs. Each program year, an Annual Action Plan (AAP) describes planned funding and activities that are intend to achieve Consolidated Plan goals. (Note: The Consolidated Plan includes the first AAP of the five-year cycle.)

Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER)

The annual CAPER describes program year performance and progress toward Consolidated Plan goals.
