Search for businesses registered in Kent County.
Search for corporations, limited liability companies, and limited partnerships authorized to transact business in the State of Michigan.
A business registration is good for 5 years, and is renewable 30 days prior to expiration, for a $10.00 fee.

- If you change the name or type of your business, you must file a new certificate.
- You must notify the Clerk's Office if:
- Change of address for the business (Requires Acrobat reader)
- Add or delete owners
- Dissolve the business (Requires Acrobat reader)
- The person conducting the business should check with the State to make sure that the business name is not being used as a corporation, limited liability company ("LLC"), limited liability partnership ("LLP"), or non-profit organization.
