Contribute to the PDR Program

Anyone wishing to support the Kent County Purchase of Development Rights Program and the preservation of Kent County’s prime agricultural land may make a tax deductible, charitable contribution to the Kent County Agricultural Preservation Fund by:

  • Make your check, for any amount, payable to the Kent County Treasurer with a memo line “Farmland Preservation.”
  • If you wish to specify the location of the funds (specific farm, township, etc.) please accompany your check with a letter containing this information as well as your telephone number in case further information is needed.

  • Mail your check to:

You will be mailed a letter confirming your contribution for your tax records.
