Adult Day Care: Daytime care for functionally impaired elderly persons provided through a structured program of social and rehabilitative services. Bathing and Personal Hygiene services are provided to individuals attending the adult day care program at CareTree.

Home Delivered Meals: Nutritious meals provided to a homebound person. Nutrition education materials are provided monthly.

Medication Management: Assisting individuals with dementia or other problems to assure that their medication is appropriate and their medication regime is followed.

Respite: A respite program for Persons with Parkinson’s disease (Wednesday Afternoons). Activities include music, art, fellowship and fun. Local transportation is available.

Respite (Overnight): Provides clients with a safe and supportive residence on a short term basis (24-72 hours) in order to provide the caregiver respite. Companionship, meals, and assistance with activities of daily living are available for mentally or physically disabled and frail elderly persons.

Senior Pantry: A nutritious combination of foods, providing several meals that are selected by an individual from a "Pantry Shelf". Pantry foods can also be delivered to homebound individuals. Nutrition education, including cooking demonstrations, will occur regularly.
