Health Care Transportation Resource DirectoryThe Kent County Health Department operates six public health clinics in Kent County. Services are provided by appointment. You can visit the clinic most convenient for you to receive:
Immunizations – childhood, adolescent, and adult. Call the clinic nearest you for an appointment.International travel – located at Fuller Clinic only. Call 616-632-6990 for a travel appointment.
TB testing – not administered on Thursdays. Call the clinic nearest you for an appointment.
WIC – Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children. Call 616-632-7200 for an appointment.
All Kent County Public Health Clinics are staffed by Public Health Nurses who can answer your health questions, and help you find other services in the community for you and your family.

Fuller Clinic

Go east on I-196 towards Lansing and take the Fuller Ave. Exit (exit 79). Turn Left onto Fuller Ave NE. Turn right into the Kent Community Hospital Complex. Turn right upon entry. Follow the curve and the Health Department will be the second building on the right.

Kentwood Clinic 1620 44th St SE |
Go south on Fuller Avenue to Adams Street. Jog left on Adams 1 block; turn right to continue on south on Fuller until it ends at Kalamazoo. Turn left on Kalamazoo and continue south through the 44th Street intersection to the U-turn lane that will allow you to go east on 44th. The clinic is located on the southeast corner of 44th and Kalamazoo.
Alternate Route: Go South on US 131 and exit at 44th Street. Turn left (East) and continue on 44th through the stoplight at Kalamazoo to the clinic.

North County Clinic 4388 14 Mile Rd NE |
From North US 131 expressway take exit 101 the M-57 / 14 Mile exit. Turn East (right). Pass White Creek. Clinic is on the South (right) side of the street.
Alternate route: From Northland Drive, turn West onto 14 Mile / M-57. The clinic is located on the South (left) side of the road between Cedar Rock Dr and White Creek.

Sheldon Clinic Sheldon Complex 121 Franklin SE, Ste. 130 |
Take 131 to the Franklin Street exit and head east, toward Division Avenue. The Sheldon Clinic is on the left-hand side of the road, between Sheldon and Jefferson.

Westside Clinic

Go West on I-196 and exit at Lane Street. Turn right on Lane Street and travel to Fourth Street. Go right on Fourth to stop light at Stocking. Turn left. The clinic is located inside the Westside Health Center, which will be on your left. Due to parking space limitations, staff must park on side streets or may use the Arsulowicz Funeral Home lot two blocks east of the clinic on Stocking.
Alternate Route: Go South on Fuller Avenue to Michigan Street. Turn right (West) on Michigan and continue on Michigan. Michigan turns into Bridge Street past the Grand River. Continue West on Bridge to Stocking Avenue. Turn right (Northwest) on Stocking and continue to clinic.

Wyoming Clinic

Go South on US 131. Take the 44th Street exit and go right (West) on 44th Street. Go to the first stoplight, at Clyde Park. Turn left (South) on Clyde Park to 47th Street. Turn right (West) on 47th Street. Wyoming Clinic is the second building on the south side of 47th Street.
