Target Population
Pregnant women, women seeking family planning coverage, and children ages 0-18. Income eligibility based on federal percent of poverty, generally between 150-200%, but eligibility varies by program.
Services
The Kent County Health Department provides application and enrollment assistance for Healthy Kids Medicaid for pregnant women, infants and children; MIChild; Maternity Outpatient Medical Services (MOMS) and Plan First. Eligibility requirements vary by program. Services by appointment only.
