Target Population
At risk pregnant women living in Kent County.
Services
MIHP provides nursing, nutrition, and social work intervention to families of infants and children and to woman likely to experience health problems during pregnancy. Program services are home based and include: comprehensive psychological and nutritional assessment; care coordination; parenting and health education; transportation arrangement; and referrals to community services.
