Clients may qualify for free vaccine through the Vaccines for Children (VFC)
or Michigan Vaccine Replacement Program (MI-VRP). However, a sliding scale
vaccine administration fee ($0-$15) may be charged for each injection.
Vaccine fees include the $15 administration fee.
