Wellness Services

We offer a variety of services to improve the health of your employees. All services are provided by health educators and a registered dietitian who have completed a thorough training program. For your convenience, we offer flexible scheduling and provide all services at your facility.

Cholesterol & Blood Pressure Screening/Non-fasting – $15.00 Package

Includes:

  • Risk factor assessment and counseling
  • Total cholesterol
  • HDL “good cholesterol”
  • Blood pressure/Pulse measurement
  • Immediate interpretation of results
  • 2-3 month follow-up for high-risk individuals
