Nutrition services are provided by a Registered Dietitian to individuals, community groups, schools and worksites. Many services are provided at no charge. A fee may apply for presentations.
Individualized Nutrition Counseling
During each counseling session you will be able to sit one-on-one with a registered dietitian and receive nutrition information specific to your needs and lifestyle. Together you will set goals, create an action plan and identify barriers to achieve results. There are many reasons to see a registered dietitian. A registered dietitian can counsel you on:- Weight loss or gain

- Disease prevention
- Nutritional management of chronic diseases like diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, Celiac Disease, and other chronic diseases
