Purpose

Providing day-to-day management support to ENTF direct service subcommittees.

Facts

The Leadership Subcommittee, composed of ENTF chairs and key support organization members, addresses ongoing Task Force operations issues.

2012-2013 Accomplishments

  • Worked with ENTF Redesign group supporting July 1 organization changes, providing input on plan and bringing Task Force membership along.

  • Developed operations and work plans with ENTF membership anticipating reorganization transition.

  • Continued work to align ENTF essential service systems with the KConnect community collective impact initiative.

2013-2014 Agenda

  • Starting July 1, finalize implementation of redesigned Task Force operations.

  • Continue work with the KConnect initiative aligning essential and child/family systems coordination focusing on operations and indicators.

  • Continue building asset enhancement and poverty reduction strategies with community leaders while assuring that emergency response systems are efficiently
    meeting need.
