We are honored and pleased to be able to celebrate with you today at the Official Groundbreaking Ceremony of the new Kent County Human Services Complex! This exciting $27 million facility will feature:

The environment will be state-of-the-art and user-friendly...this facility truly belongs to the residents of Kent County.
