USGA rules govern all play except where local rules apply:

• Out of bounds defined by white stakes
• Water hazards defined by yellow stakes or yellow lines
• ateral water hazards defined by red stakes or red lines
• Yardage on sprinkler heads to center of green
• Shirts to be worn at all times
• Soft spikes only
