Kent County Millennium Park

Master Plan

The Master Plan for Millennium Park is a product of a design competition that took place in the Spring of 2002. Ideas from each of the three winning designs were combined to create a working Master Plan.

In 2006, the Kent County Parks Department invited community groups and other stakeholders to help update the Master Plan as part of an on-going process to guide the further expansion, development and long-term management of the park. The current Plan divides the park into four Districts, each with its own unique features and characteristics.

The entire plan is available for review through the links below. Please note that some of these pdf files are very large and may take some time to download to your computer.
