Directions
From U.S. 131
- Exit at Wealthy Street (Exit 84A).
- Follow Wealthy St west to the four-way stop sign at Butterworth Drive (1.3 miles).
- Turn west (left) on Butterworth Dr.
- fter ½ mile you will pass under I-196 and the northern tip of Millennium Park will be on your left.
A drive immediately on your left leads to the Kent Trails trailhead.
- To reach the beach and Recreation Core of the park, continue 2.2 miles on Butterworth after passing under I-196 to the four-way stop sign at Maynard Ave.
- Turn south (left) on Maynard and continue 0.8 miles to the Recreation Core entrance on your right.
From I-196
- From the east, exit at Grandville Walker (exit 70). From the west, exit at Wilson Ave/Walker (exit 70B).
- Follow Wilson Ave west (passing under I-196) to the stop light at Butterworth Dr. (0.3 miles)
- Turn north (right) on Butterworth and continue one mile to Veteran’s Memorial Drive on your right.
- Follow Veteran’s Memorial Drive to the stop sign at Maynard, then turn left.
- After 0.3 miles, you’ll reach the Recreation Core entrance on your left.
