Guardians

What is a Guardian?

Guardian means a person who has qualified as a guardian of a minor or incapacitated individual with a court of competent jurisdiction. A guardian, except as limited by the court, is responsible for the ward's care, custody, and control, but is not liable to third persons by reason of that responsibility for the ward's acts.
