Marriage Ceremonies
A District Court Judge or a District Court Magistrate may perform marriages within the district for which he or she serves. The 63rd District Court Judges and Magistrates perform marriage ceremonies at each of the 63rd District Court locations.
Anyone who wishes to be married at the 63rd District Court either in Cascade or Rockford will need to call ahead for an appointment. Days and times available for marriage ceremonies vary according to each court's schedule.

Three requirements you must bring with you for marriage ceremony:
- A valid state of Michigan Marriage License
- Two witnesses. There is no age specification for witnesses. A witness must be old enough to sign their name and understand what they have witnessed and signed. (Please note: the court does not provide witnesses.)
- A $10.00 fee.
